  1. 1. Order by 8 PMReserve your loaf below. Orders close at 8 PM.
  2. 2. 24–36 hours of patienceSlow overnight ferment, mix at dawn, 12-hour bulk fermentation, bake the next morning.
  3. 3. Pickup or deliveryLoaves are ready after noon on bake day. Pickup in SF, or add $1 for delivery.

The story

Hi, I'm Raf. I bake a few loaves a day in my San Francisco kitchen — flavors change with what I'm into that week. Country loaves, jalapeño cheddar, rosemary parmesan, and whatever else feels right.

This is small on purpose: just enough bread to share with friends and neighbors, made by hand, made with love. If a loaf makes your day a little better, that's the whole point.
